Operando a stretto contatto con le Vendite (Internal & External Sales) e con la funzione Marketing, analizzando i dati di mercato e gli insight interni/esterni, la persona prescelta avrà la responsabilità di definire gli assortimenti di prodotto per le diverse merceologie, il corretto posizionamento dei prodotti a marchio privato in termini di pricing, ideare e pianificare le campagne/attività promozionali, sarà responsabile della qualità attesa nei confronti dei clienti e darà supporto nelle negoziazioni con i fornitori abituali e nella ricerca di nuovi fornitori.

In particolare si occuperà di: Analisi analizzare il mercato di riferimento; monitorare i dati del canale di vendita in termini di volumi, prezzi di vendita, margini di profitto, individuando le eventuali criticità e le opportune azioni a supporto; Relazione con i fornitori organizzare incontri periodici con i fornitori al fine di conoscerne la strategia sul mercato e l’offerta dei prodotti; individuare eventuali nuove opportunità di business e proporre alla Direzione Commerciale i fornitori da attivare per la propria categoria merceologica; Assortimenti definire le politiche di assortimento lavorando in sinergia con Acquisti, Vendite e Supply Chain; definire e valutare, in collaborazione con i fornitori, nuovi prodotti da inserire negli assortimenti gestiti; proporre aggiornamenti degli assortimenti in funzione delle tendenze del mercato; Gestione promozioni definire le promozioni da attivare, monitorarne l’andamento ed elaborare eventuali azioni correttive con Direzione Marketing e Fornitori; Rotazione Stock analizzare, in collaborazione con l’ufficio Acquisti, lo stock dei prodotti della propria categoria merceologica al fine di ottimizzarne la rotazione .
